About warnings
« on: May 30, 2006, 01:57:47 AM »

Look, warnings are WARNINGS. They're not "OMG YOU ARE BANNED" okay? They're friendly reminders to you from the staff to try and follow the rules. Sometimes you might be caught up in the moment and forget the rules, so we'll give you a warning to say "Hey, watch yourself lad...".

We will not WARN you that you will get a WARNING for breaking the rules. It is superfluous and needlessly time consuming for us to do that. The concept of a warning should be pretty clear by now.

Okay, so you've got a warning, but you don't know why? Click the little number (20% etc) beside your warnings bar. It'll pop a window up with a reason. Reason not good enough? THEN send us a PM and we'll explain it. But be nice...or else.

Feel shame about your newly acquired warning? Don't. No one but the staff and YOU can see it. So no one need be the wiser, and trust me, we couldn't care less about who has a warning. We won't go blabbing it all throughout the forum.

So please, if you have any questions about what warnings are, just remember this : THEY ARE WARNINGS.

That is all.
