I'll be sure not to. Will Gregor crush his skull and rape his corpse in the next round? All signs point to yes.

'All signs point to yes.'

No shit. Hence the appeal.

4 votes currently separate them. Make a difference!

I had expected it to be closer, but the ASOIF crowd aren't as out with this competition as much as the previous one, due to the selection of the character.

I voted... for Gregor.

The margin is quite larger now, but the relative lack of votes might have something to do with them not bothering to update the bracket, which is where I check first and likely others as well.

Ten votes. Quite larger, indeed.

America, f**k yeah.

Edit: Here's another. X-Men: First Class. Should be entertaining enough.

Scalzi's one-hit-wonder, 'Old Man's War', has been bought by Paramount. I've mixed feelings concerning this. On one hand, I'm glad they're going with a decent SF book. On another, I wish they'd be more ambitious and go for more original pieces.

Nice one.

Not the biggest fan of that product. If I were to buy one (*coughs*), I'd go with Luke's dark grey one you see him wearing on Bespin, etc.

This rendition of the Firefly/Serenity theme is just awesome.

No... Seriously... I think I've fallen in love with it.

New Carlos Ruiz Zafon book called 'the Prisoner of Heaven' has just been announced. Due for a summer release. 21/06/12, to be precise. :)

I didn't exactly like the last one I read, by any stretch of the imagination. But I hope this one has a fresh perspective and doesn't feel like a rehash of his first novel.

Found it pretty sad to hear George Lucas say, "Why would I make any more when everybody yells at you all the time and says what a terrible person you are?"

Guess his career ain't going anywhere. Enjoy retirement, Mr Lucas. I sure was looking forward to that live-action TV show.
