Had pizza for dinner. I get the feeling that my family ate pizza at a much greater frequency when their cook was off in California.... It sort of is a case where mum doesn't like cooking any more, dad doesn't like cooking any more, little sis doesn't know how to cook, let's order pizza!

Im going on an anti-diet. Time for consuming more!!!!

My old man is on a soup diet, so I've been eating stuff infront of him. He loves his food, so it's really been pising him off. But I say "Thats what you get for dieting". He doesn't need to, he just wants to lose those "Christmas pounds". lame.

Just had a lovely lunch of french onion soup and a club sandwich with Mrs. Sarge at the Elephant and Castle which Coe might remember from his time in Boston.

I want good fish!

Had my first Sausgae McMuffin of the year today. It used to be a staple for me, but I haven't actually had one in quite some time.

been trying to avoid the fast-food-crap for a while, but the occasional craving for some maccas or KFC is getting harder and harder to ignore.

Plus it's hot, and I'm being a stereotype and eating some watermelon right now!!!

presumably not together. I'd eat a bit of chicken, then drink lots of water, then watermelon.... but not chicken and watermelon together....!
Although once I had some cherry-flavoured chicken at a rather high end restaurant, and it was disgusting. yuck. It even had maraschino cherries on top... whoever thought that one up... yuck.

Had Subway tonight though... Night before last I made a rather amazing pasta dish, cooked up some shell pasta, and some red bell peppers and onions and chicken, tossed it all together with a bit of salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Plus a salad, and garlic bread. Yummy.

Had a really nice cheese and wasabi omelette this morning. Was awesome. got the wasabi off a Japanese friend, and it is the bomb!!!

I'm feeling like some California Rolls or some Chicken Teriyaki Rolls for lunch. Gonna just find things to put this wasabi on.

I wonder if it goes with KFC.......

Hmmm... had a rather yummy bagel sandwich this morning (half an avocado, with mustard, then lettuce, then salad dressing (Annie's brand "Goddess Dressing", it has tahini and apple cider vinegar and soy sauce and garlic, mainly) and Tofurkey slices. Yuuummmm.

And then I had a lovely mocha and a crepe (goat cheese, mozerella cheese, chicken, basil, and garlic) for lunch. mmmmmmmmmm.....

Americans seem to be able to turn any meal into breakfast. Just because you eat it in the morning, doesn't make it breakfast.

Does soen awesome though.

Just had a vegetarian chashew stirfry. was great, except could have used some of that other stuff. what's it called again? oh yeah, MEAT!!!!

ohhhh...I love cashew in stirfry, or better yet, in basmati rice. Cashews plus broccoli and beef and onion and garlic, all stirfried together with soy sauce and a bit of water and a bit of beer.... Yes, I said beer. :P
Then serve over rice, of course.

Also: Kiks, don't be jealous because we're better at making things into breakfast foods. It's really quite simple-- generally, you take foods that might have been formerly associated with breakfast (like eggs and potatoes -> hashbrowns), throw them all together, douse in hot sauce, and -- the important part-- call it a breakfast food.

Yeah it does. Just like if you eat it at night its supper. It all depends on when you eat it as to what it is.
