Please read the guide on posting pictures. Any picture wider than 600 pixels should be posted as a LINK, as it will break the tables.

Ok. I posted this once but it seems its been deleted.

The picture of Jimmy the Hand. Is the city in the background Sarth or Krondor? The reason I ask is because I had a total different image of Krondor if it is and makes it look more like Minas Tirith.

Anyone know any web site which show the layouts of castles and citadels so I can get a clearer outlook at what some of these cities are meant to look like?

ALS, the Jimmy the Hand cover is not Sarth, Mainly becuase none of the book is set in Sarth. It would be either Krondor or Lands End.

Also, the fact that Sarth isn't at all a huge city. It's explained as being a large town many times and the only reason it gets mentioned on the map is because of the Abbey at Sarth.

Also, to ALS. The high bit of the city that is directly behind Jimmy on the front cover would mainly be the palace, which is set on top of a hill, if I remember, not a huge mountain side

As for my favourite cover. I'll give that too Silverthorn, not sure which version it is. It's the one with a Jimmy the Hand on horse back, with the Abbey at Sarth in the background. Love it.

I forget names and places. I must be getting old :)

Certainly makes me think of Krondor differently.

I like the Jimmy cover, but my favourite is easily the Krondor:Betrayal cover.

Its what made me pick up the book in the first place.

Then I was hooked.

I like the dutch cover of Silverthorn verry much, but also the one from faerie tale, so I post links of both of them:

Silverthorn:

Faerie Tale

All the dutch books look the same except for the 'little' drawing.
