Should Feist books be longer?
« on: October 07, 2006, 11:15:44 PM »

Hey peeps does anyone agree that feist books should be longer, i have just finished reading into a dark realm and it only took me a matter of days, a fantastic read i agree but i just felt cheated by the lack of pages, no meat as it were. Am i alone in this or does anyone agree?

It only takes me about an hour to read 100 pages in a Feistbook. For me he can write every book about 2000 pages, that would make me very happy.

The latest two have been a bit on the short side... but I can't really say I'd like it if they were all 2000 pages long... what would he write about?

Yes they have been too short, but what can we do about it?

Anyway as long as the quality is good I do not mind if they are short as quality should always rule over Quanity. I would prefer 300 pages of a good book like IaDR over 1000 pages of crap.

I agree, but it whouldn't be bad if he wrote 1000 pages without any crap. But it takes a lot to write that much without parts that just is filling the pages up, and not gives anything to the story
